30-Day Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Custom or personalized orders (including engraved or specially designed stoppers).
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue.
